The questions our WhatsApp gets most, with the real numbers. Anything not covered here, ask us directly.
What documents do I need to rent in Dubai?+
UAE residents: Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Tourists: passport, visit visa page, your home licence and an International Driving Permit. GCC residents can drive on a GCC licence. Send photos on WhatsApp and we check them before delivery.
What's the minimum age?+
21 for everyday cars and vans. 25 for premium and performance cars, because UAE insurers won't cover younger drivers on those categories.
How quickly can you deliver?+
Same day for most bookings confirmed before late afternoon. We deliver free anywhere in Dubai and meet arrivals at DXB and DWC around the clock.
Can someone else drive the car?+
Only drivers named on the agreement are insured. Adding a second driver takes a minute, as long as we see their licence before handover.
Is there a security deposit?+
Yes, held on a credit card, never in cash. The amount is printed on each vehicle page, and it's released 14 to 21 days after the car comes back and clears Salik and fine checks.
Is insurance included?+
Comprehensive insurance comes with every car. If there's damage, your maximum liability is the excess written in your agreement. You'll know that figure before you pay anything.
Can I rent weekly or monthly?+
Weekly and monthly rates run up to 40% below the daily rate, with insurance, servicing and registration built in. Most of our long-stay customers are visitors on extended trips or residents between cars.
Are there hidden charges?+
No. The price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price. The only extras that can appear afterwards are Salik tolls at cost, traffic fines if you collect any, and fuel if the tank comes back short.
Are there mileage limits?+
Each car includes a daily kilometre allowance, shown on its page. On weekly and monthly rentals the allowance pools across the whole period, so a long weekend drive doesn't cost extra.
Can I take the car to other emirates?+
Anywhere in the UAE, no permission needed. Crossing into Oman needs written approval and extra insurance, arranged in advance.
Who handles Salik and fines?+
Salik tolls are billed at cost when the rental ends. Fines are yours, passed on at cost plus a small admin fee. Fines can surface weeks later, which is part of why deposits take up to 21 days to release.
What if the car breaks down?+
Call the number on your agreement. Mechanical faults are on us: we arrange roadside support or a replacement car. Wrong fuel, kerbed wheels and ignored warning lights are the exceptions.
