When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your name as it appears on WhatsApp, and whatever you tell us about your rental.

To complete a booking we collect your driving licence, Emirates ID or passport and visa page, and payment card details for the deposit.

Our website collects basic, anonymous usage data (pages viewed and vehicles opened) so we know which cars people are looking for.

To quote, confirm and deliver your rental, and to stay in touch during it.

To meet UAE legal requirements: rental companies must record driver identity documents and report traffic incidents.

To process Salik tolls, traffic fines and any damage claims after your rental ends.

WhatsApp is our main booking channel. Messages are encrypted in transit by WhatsApp and stored on our business devices so we can service your rental.

We do not add you to broadcast lists or marketing groups without asking. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, phone and email work just as well.

Insurance providers, when a claim is made.

UAE authorities, including the police and RTA, where legally required.

Our payment processor for deposits and rental charges. We do not store full card numbers.

We never sell your data or pass it to advertisers.

Rental records and identity documents are retained for the period UAE law requires, generally five years from the end of the rental.

WhatsApp conversations are kept while they are useful for servicing your bookings, then deleted.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Documents and booking records are stored on access-controlled systems and are only visible to the staff who need them to run your rental.
